The Zinghoppers were named “Nashville’s BEST Children’s Entertainers” for five years in a row! They are now based in Minnesota!
Get ready to hop with The Zinghoppers, an Emmy Award winning education children’s music brand starring Jack Zinghopper and his wacky puppet pals, as seen on PBS Kids member stations. The Zinghoppers were dreamed up by Jack’s wife while she was working as a preschool teacher. Kitty created all the fun characters and songs right in her classroom!
Joining Jack, are a colorful cast of characters including live-action puppet friends (Grandpa Sven, Buppy Bear, Oatmeal the Friendly Monster, and more) along with animated characters (Kitty, Penelope the Possum, Olo the Donkey, and Coconuts the Kangaroo). It’s a hopping, bopping, totally rocking musical adventure!

A History of Success!
The Zinghoppers TV Show was first presented by Nashville Public Television and aired on over 100 PBS Kids member stations nationwide and on the The Armed Forces Network’s Family Channel and Trinity Broadcast Network’s Smile of a Child (preschool education channel). The series is now presented on YouTube Kids. Nominated for six regional Emmy Awards, music by the Zinghoppers was recently heard in the Oscar-nominated film The Florida Project, starring Willem Dafoe and directed by Sean Baker (Anora, Tangerine).
